I first would first call Autel Support of your Geographic region with the Serial number and register password so you do not accidentally delete any remaining update period, or reset something that requires you to purchase an update to have authorization  to access and use the software again that is already on the tablet. Be aware if you do a factory reset, it will delete all the car software , and you will need to be within a valid  update period and spend  hours to re download  the system update and the car apps software.
